In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts and dill pickle juice. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for more flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
