  • 1 cup popcorn popped
  • 1 cup dill pickle chips chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, popcorn, and chopped dill pickle chips.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill weed, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
