Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Unroll your pre-made croissant dough and cut it into triangles.

  4. Fold in the powdered sugar to create the pastry cream.
  5. Fill each triangle with a tablespoon of pastry cream and roll towards the tip.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then whisk in cocoa powder to make ganache.
  8. Dip the tops of the croissants in the ganache and let them set on a wire rack.
