Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and melted coconut oil to the mashed bananas and whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift in dark cocoa powder, then fold in oat flour, baking soda, sea salt, and optional cinnamon until just combined.
  5. If using, gently fold in chocolate chips or nuts into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
