Cupcake Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional) or 160°C (fan). Line a muffin tin with colorful paper cases.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, banana milkshake powder, flour, and eggs, and mix until smooth.
- Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cases, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool cupcakes in the tin for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Buttercream Preparation
- Beat softened butter and half of the icing sugar until creamy. Gradually add the remaining icing sugar, banana milkshake powder, and milk.
- Beat until fluffy and light in color.
- Decorate cooled cupcakes with the buttercream, using a piping bag or knife.
