Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, dried coconut, dried cranberries, pepitas, chia seeds, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, then press firmly into the baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
  6. Let the bars cool in the pan for about one hour before lifting them out and slicing into 12 bars.
