Step-by-Step Instructions for Scallion Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken thighs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and pan-fry for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the white parts of the scallions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the green parts of the scallions and stir for 10-20 seconds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
