- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the package of crescent rolls and unroll them onto a clean surface, pinching seams to form rectangles.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of raspberry preserves evenly across each rectangle, leaving a border.
- Place 2 slices of provolone cheese on top of the raspberry preserves.
- Add 1-2 slices of ham over the cheese layer.
- Roll up each rectangle from one short end, sealing the edges well.
- Place the rolled-up dough on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, then serve warm.
