Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Halve the submarine rolls lengthwise and place them cut side up on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and kosher salt to create garlic butter.
  4. Generously apply the garlic butter mixture to the cut sides and broil for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Finely chop the pulled pork, sliced ham, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese together on a cutting board.
  6. Transfer the chopped mixture into a bowl and mix in yellow mustard until thoroughly combined.
  7. Scoop roughly 1 cup of the savory mixture onto each toasted roll, spreading evenly.
