  1. Pat dry the boneless white fish and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Mix vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, and all-purpose flour to form a paste.
  3. Coat cubed fish in the spice marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, egg wash (beaten egg and milk), and panko breadcrumbs with dried parsley.
  5. Dredge each fish cube in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
