Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the melted mozzarella into the almond flour mixture and mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Flatten the dough on parchment paper, cover with another sheet, and roll to about 1/6 inch thick.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into chips and transfer them onto the baking sheet.
