Crush the Cheetos:
- Place the Hot Cheetos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Transfer crumbs to a shallow bowl.
Set Up the Dredging Station:
Arrange three shallow bowls:
- Bowl 1: Mix flour, salt, and garlic powder.
- Bowl 2: Beat eggs until smooth.
- Bowl 3: Add crushed Cheetos crumbs.
Coat the Mozzarella Sticks:
- Roll each mozzarella stick in the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten eggs.
- Roll it in the Cheetos crumbs, pressing gently to coat.
- Repeat the egg and crumb coating for a thicker crust.
Freeze:
- Place the coated mozzarella sticks on parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 390°F and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
Air Fry:
- Lightly spray the mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
- Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each stick.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
