  3. Cut out ghost shapes with a cookie cutter from the potato rounds.
  4. Toss ghost shapes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Lay the seasoned ghost shapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
