Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender but still slightly crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix until everything is well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
