- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry. Roll it out on a floured surface.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and feta until smooth, then fold in the fresh herbs.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, adding cranberries evenly on top.
- Tightly roll the pastry from one edge into a log and slice into ½-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
