  5. Stuff each chicken breast with brie cheese and cranberry mixture, securing with toothpicks.
  6. Sear stuffed chicken on medium-high heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the chicken.
  8. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
