For the Filling
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Canned or homemade varieties work well.
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flakes Can substitute with chopped walnuts or pecans.
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds Optional for visual appeal.
  • 1/4 cup Rosemary or Chives Fresh herbs for garnishing.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the thawed filo pastry sheets into 36 squares.
  3. Brush a filo square with melted butter, add a slice of Brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle almond flakes.
  4. Roll the filo pastry around the filling, pinching the ends to seal.
  5. Transfer rolled crackers to the baking trays and brush with remaining melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary or chives before serving.
