Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta8-ounce block cheddar cheese cubed1 tomato, diced1 cup cooked and chopped bacon1 cup lettuce, chopped1 cup lunch meat ham, diced1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced1 cup mayonnaise1 packet ranch seasoning

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the tri-color rotini pasta until al dente according to package directions.Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until completely cool. Transfer the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl.Add the cubed cheddar cheese, cooked and chopped bacon, chopped lettuce, diced ham, diced turkey, and diced tomato to the pasta.Add the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to the bowl.Toss everything together thoroughly until well coated and evenly mixed.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.Before serving, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
Add extra veggies like cucumbers, red onions, or bell peppers for more color and crunch.
This salad can be made a day in advance, making it ideal for easy meal prepping.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving to refresh the texture.
