Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and ginger powder until well combined.
Pour the citrus glaze evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
