Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs scrambled
  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage cooked
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 package 12-count King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter melted, divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
  3. Add Butter Base: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Evenly layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese over the rolls.
  5. Top Rolls: Place the top halves of the rolls on the layered fillings. Brush the tops with 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter.
  6. Bake Covered: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Brown the Tops: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm. Optional: Brush with additional melted cowboy butter before serving.
