Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to season evenly.
- Add cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, chopped bacon, and milk to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Add frozen tater tots and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything together until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out in the dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve hot for best taste and texture.
Notes
This dish is highly adaptable—feel free to swap in turkey or chicken for the beef, or use pepper jack cheese for a spicy kick. For extra crispiness, broil the top for the last 3 minutes of baking. Leftovers reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer.
