Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flatbreads store-bought or homemade
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 4 ounces sliced prosciutto
  • 1 cup mixed olives pitted and halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Arrange the sliced salami and prosciutto evenly on top of the cheese.
  6. Scatter the halved olives and cherry tomatoes over the flatbreads.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
