Prepare the Steaks:
- Generously season the steaks with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust cooking time as desired.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Cajun Cream Sauce:
- Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Assemble and Serve:
- Slice the rested steaks into thin strips and plate them.
- Pour the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce generously over the steaks.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
