Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef 5 cups green cabbage shredded or chopped ¼ cup low-carb taco seasoning 1 tablespoon dry minced onion (or substitute with fresh chopped onion) ¼ cup water 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend with mozzarella or pepper jack)

Method
 

  1. Brown the Ground BeefIn a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Cabbage and SeasoningStir in the cabbage, taco seasoning, dry onion, and water. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. Cook Until TenderContinue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about 8–10 minutes or until the cabbage is crisp-tender.
  4. Add the CheeseSprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
