Ingredients

  • 9- pack slider buns
  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken rotisserie, canned, or homemade
  • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce or any buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for a tangier twist
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Colby Jack, Swiss, provolone, or Monterey Jack
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat & Prep: Heat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture on each bun.
  4. Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the buffalo chicken mixture, then place the top buns over the cheese.
  5. Brush with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this over the tops of the slider buns.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Slice the sliders apart and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use blue cheese dressing for an extra tangy flavor.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Best served immediately but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
