Preparation

- Pour the milk soak evenly over the cooled cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
- Cover the cake and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then add melted Biscoff and powdered sugar.
- Spread whipped topping over the chilled cake and drizzle with additional melted Biscoff.
