Ingredients
  

  • 2 large croissants
  • 4 ounces sliced ham
  • 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Layer 2 ounces of sliced ham and 2 ounces of sliced Swiss cheese inside each croissant.
  5. Close the croissants gently and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
