  • 2 cups Apples any variety, ideally slightly underripe
  • 2 cups Berries your favorite berries
  • 1 cup Zucchini or carrots if preferred
  • 1 cup Carrot boosts sweetness
Optional Ingredients
  • 2-3 tablespoons Coconut Cream adjust for desired coconut flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop the apples, berries, and chosen vegetables. Blend until smooth.
  2. If using coconut cream, add it to the mixture and blend again until incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on dehydrator sheets or parchment-lined tray.
  4. Dehydrate at low temperature (135°F) for 6-9 hours or until pliable.
  5. Cool the fruit leather completely before cutting into strips.
  6. Store in an airtight container or wrap in parchment paper.
