Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 chamomile tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf chamomile tea
  • 2 limes juiced
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish
  • Honey or sweetener of choice optional, to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Chamomile Tea:
  1. Boil 2 cups of water and remove from heat.
  2. Steep chamomile tea bags or loose-leaf tea for 5 minutes, then strain or discard tea bags.
  3. Stir in honey or sweetener while tea is warm, and let it cool to room temperature.
Blend the Watermelon:
  1. Add watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp, collecting the juice in a pitcher.
Combine Ingredients:
  1. Pour the cooled chamomile tea and lime juice into the pitcher with watermelon juice.
  2. Stir thoroughly to combine flavors.
Chill and Serve:
  1. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

  • Opt for a sweet, ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
