Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 2/3 cup blanched almond flour
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil (plus more as needed)
Instructions
