Ingredients

  • 48 frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sour cream, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bake the Tots – Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 28 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Let them cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the Skewers – Carefully thread 4 to 6 tots onto each skewer and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add Toppings – Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onions.
