Ingredients
- 30 frozen phyllo shells (two 15-count packages)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely minced
- 3 tbsp jarred diced jalapeños
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2–3 tbsp crumbled cooked bacon or veggie bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 375°F. Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and set aside.
- Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the Jalapeño Heat – Remove the stem and seeds from the fresh jalapeño, finely mince, and mix with the jarred diced jalapeños. Stir into the cheese mixture along with garlic powder and salt.
