Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling – In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Dough – Open biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each into a circle.
  4. Fill & Seal – Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold over the edges and pinch tightly to seal.
  5. Coat with Buttery Parmesan – Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and brush over the tops of the sealed bombs.
  6. Bake to Perfection – Arrange bombs on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish & Serve – Let cool slightly, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella for a stretchier cheese pull.
