Ingredients
¼ cup rolled oats or quick oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla or sugar cookie flavored protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (not gluten-free)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
⅔ cup 0% Greek yogurt or Skyr
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh or bottled
¼ to ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
Optional garnish: crushed graham crackers or sugar-free strawberry jam
Instructions

In a mason jar or airtight container, add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, pudding mix, almond milk, yogurt, and lemon juice.

Stir thoroughly until fully combined, making sure to scrape down the sides to mix in the chia seeds and powder.

Fold in frozen or fresh strawberries.

Seal with a lid and refrigerate overnight (at least 4–6 hours).

Before serving, top with crushed graham crackers or a swirl of strawberry jam, if desired.
