Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few for topping.
- Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers with lids.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with the reserved strawberries before serving. Enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave if desired.
