Instructions

 Season the Roast

  1. Pat the chuck roast dry with paper towels.

2. Prepare the Instant Pot

  1. Place the seasoned roast in the Instant Pot.

3. Pressure Cook the Beef

  1. Secure the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to “Sealing.”
