Ingredients
For the French Toast Bake
- 1 loaf of French bread or brioche, cubed
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and drained if frozen)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Prepare the Base
- Bread and Blueberries: Cube the bread into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Scatter blueberries over the bread.
- Custard Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Assemble and Refrigerate
