Ingredients
- 1 box of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix
- Additional ingredients as per cake mix instructions (water, oil, eggs)
- 2–3 tubs of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Frosting
- Strawberry jam
- Piping bags
- Piping tip (number 2A)
- Small plastic cups
- Large marshmallows
- Pink sanding sugar
Instructions
- Bake the Base – Prepare the cake mix following the instructions on the box for a 9×13 baking pan. Once baked, let it cool completely.
- Create Bite-Sized Cake Cubes – Cut the cooled cake into small cubes for easy layering.
- Fill the Piping Bags – Spoon the strawberry jam into a piping bag. In a separate piping bag fitted with an open round piping tip (number 2A), add the vanilla frosting.
- Layer the Sweetness – In small plastic cups, layer the cake cubes, piped strawberry jam, and frosting. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled. Sprinkle the included Funfetti sprinkles on top.
- Craft the Bunny Ears – Under adult supervision, carefully cut large marshmallows diagonally to form bunny ears. Press the sticky sides into pink sanding sugar and place them into each cup as adorable bunny ears.
