Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the tomatoes and olives are well coated.
