- 1–2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup (8 oz) dry orzo pasta
- 2 ½ cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream (room temperature)
- 2 cups baby spinach (packed)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sizzle & Sear: Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium.
