Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, blackening seasoning, hot honey, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top the salad with the cooked shrimp, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the salad.
