Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Fresh berries (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the protein powder, mixing until well combined and there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake fluff into serving dishes or a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries for added flavor and presentation.

- For a chocolate version, substitute the vanilla protein powder with chocolate protein powder and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
