Description

A delicious and healthy dessert option that combines the creaminess of cheesecake with the lightness of fluff, packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh berries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gradually add the protein powder, mixing until well combined and there are no lumps.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake fluff into serving dishes or a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Before serving, top with fresh berries for added flavor and presentation.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, substitute the vanilla protein powder with chocolate protein powder and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • Add a swirl of fruit puree (like strawberry or raspberry) into the fluff before chilling for a fruity twist.
