Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Flaked sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly, about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top, gently pressing them into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break into bite-sized pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
