Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans crescent dough sheets (8 ounces each)
- ⅓ cup whipped chive & onion cream cheese
- 8 ounces ground breakfast sausage, cooked
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper.
- Cook the mixture in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until scrambled. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets onto a flat surface. Pinch the edges together to form a large rectangle.
- Spread the Cream Cheese:
- Evenly spread the whipped cream cheese over the dough.
- Add the Fillings:
- Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese on top of the dough.
- Roll and Slice:
- Roll the dough tightly into a log. Use a serrated knife to cut it into 12 equal slices.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Arrange the slices in the greased pan, slightly apart.
