Description

A festive, no-bake treat that’s perfect for Easter celebrations or using up extra holiday candy. Easy, fun, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chocolate candy (leftover Easter treats) or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • Optional Toppings:
    • 8 Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped
    • 1 Marshmallow Peep, chopped
    • Whopper Robin Eggs, crushed
    • Graham crackers, crushed
    • Fine sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Prep the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Place a heatproof bowl over a medium pot of simmering water (without touching the water). Add the chopped chocolate and stir until fully melted (about 5 minutes).
  3. Spread & Decorate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet, smoothing it into an even ¼-inch thick layer. Sprinkle with your toppings of choice.
  4. Set & Serve: Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze until firm (at least 20 minutes).
  5. Break & Enjoy: Once hardened, break the bark into pieces and serve!

Notes

  • Use any leftover chocolate or mix dark and white chocolate for variety.
  • Add sprinkles or other festive decorations for a colorful touch.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

A simple and delightful way to enjoy the flavors of Easter in every bite!
