- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of pasta water, and set aside.

- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sage leaves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

3. Combine Pasta and Sauce
