Ingredients
12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
8-ounce block cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tomato, diced
1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup lunch meat ham, diced
1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the tri-color rotini pasta until al dente according to package directions.
Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until completely cool. Transfer the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cubed cheddar cheese, cooked and chopped bacon, chopped lettuce, diced ham, diced turkey, and diced tomato to the pasta.
Add the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to the bowl.
Toss everything together thoroughly until well coated and evenly mixed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
