Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
For the Pasta & Sauce
- 10 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Everything
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan.
- Add pasta and toss everything until well-coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve & Enjoy
- Plate warm and serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
