This Classic Chicken Alfredo is the ultimate comfort food—featuring tender, juicy chicken, creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta. With rich flavors and a luxurious texture, this restaurant-style dish is easy to make at home in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

For the Pasta & Sauce

  • 10 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta
    • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
    • Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
    • Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Everything
    • Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan.
    • Add pasta and toss everything until well-coated in the sauce.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
  • Serve & Enjoy
    • Plate warm and serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
