- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan

Instructions
Prepare the Bread:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet, cut side up.
2. Make the Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
- Use a pastry brush to generously coat the cut sides of the bread with this mixture.
3. Prepare the Cheese Topping:
- In another bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, mayonnaise, and parsley.
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over the buttered bread.
4. Bake the Bread:
- Wrap the bread halves in aluminum foil to lock in moisture.
