- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth with a splash of apple cider vinegar)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cube chicken bouillon
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic:
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic.
- Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Deglaze with Wine:
- Add white wine to the skillet, scraping the bottom to release flavorful bits. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce.
